The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has released his campaign manifesto ahead of the 2023 general election.
The manifesto tagged, ‘It’s Possible: Our Pact with Nigerians’, will be formally unveiled by the party on Sunday.
Announcing the release of the manifesto via his verified Twitter account on Sunday, the LP presidential flag-bearer stated: “I have the honour to present our 62-page Manifesto, titled, ‘It’s POssible: Our Pact with Nigerians’.

“This Manifesto, its overarching and visionary policy planks, lay out our mission focus and mandate for securing, uniting, and making Nigeria productive. I invite you to peruse the policy document.”
Obi, in the 62-page manifesto, anchored his campaign on security, production, institutional reforms, the industrial revolution, infrastructural development, human capital development, and robust foreign policy.
The former governor of Anambra State vowed to “secure and unite our dear nation, and manage our diversity such that no one is left behind in Nigeria.”
He equally promised to “move Nigeria from consumption to production and embark on comprehensive legal and institutional reforms and practicable restructuring measures, to fight corruption; ensure the enthronement of the rule of law, and decisively tackle all forms of corruption.”
