As part of its corporate social responsibility in commemoration of its 40th anniversary celebration, Flocoh Estate Club, a non-profit and non-governmental organisation has announced free medical services for the residents of Ipaja and its environs in Lagos State.
The chairman of the club’s 40th anniversary planning committee, Akinola Bashiru, made this known in a statement on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
Bashiru stated that the President of Flocoh Estate Club, High Chief Aìna-Kushoro, and other executive members would to lead in all the programmes.
He quoted Aìna-Kushoro as saying: “We want to ensure that many people in Ipaja and its environs benefit in the exercise particularly in the detection, treatment of eye defects, and general body checks at this trying period.
“This programme which is targeted at citizens in the Ipaja area of Lagos, will be treated and given drugs free of charge.”

According to him, the programmes of the event for the week-long programme include visitation to the less privileged homes and unveiling of the club’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project on Tuesday, October 22.
He added: “On Wednesday 23rd October, 2024, there will be Sporting activities and Games amogst notable clubs in Lagos amongst which is Island Club.
“Thursday 24th October 2024 is slated for the free Medical Outreach while on Friday 25th October 2024, Jumat Service for members to commemorate the anniversary and later in the day, there will be members Night and Induction of Honorary Members.
“On Saturday 26th October 2024, the Club holds its Annual General Meeting, AGM at 12 noon while GALA Night is scheduled for 4 pm.
“The celebration will be brought to a closure with a Thanksgiving Church Service by on Sunday 27th October 2024.”
