Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, fondly called Davido, has reportedly lost his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
Details of the circumstances surrounding Ifeanyi’s death were still sketchy as of the time of filing this report.
Unconfirmed reports said Davido’s first son drowned in a swimming pool at his residence in the Banana Island area of Lagos State on Monday.
It was learnt that the little boy was rushed to a hospital in the Lekki area of the state where he was confirmed dead by one of the doctors on duty.
The singer has yet to react to the incident as of press time.
The DMW boss, on October 20, celebrated Ifeanyi on his third birthday.
Davido shared his son’s pictures on his Instagram page with the caption: “I pray with all my heart that God grants you perfect health and pure happiness for as long as humanly possible. You will grow to be greater than me. Happy birthday, son.”
Chioma Rowland is the mother of the singer’s son.
