Gunmen suspected to be bandits have again abducted no fewer than two students of the Federal University Gusau in Zamfara State.
It was gathered that the students, a male and a female, were abducted from their off-campus hostel in the Sabon Garin Damba area of Gusau, a few kilometres away from the university’s permanent site at about 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
An eyewitness disclosed that several gunshots were fired by security operatives to scare away the bandits but the gunmen succeeded in taking away the two students.
