Gunmen have again attacked Budel community in Tangur district, Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State.
It was gathered that the community was attacked by the gunmen on Thursday night.
The latest attack comes a few days after assailants killed over 100 residents in the Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The Transition Committee Chairman of Bokkos, Monday Kassah, disclosed that the assailants attacked the community on Thursday night, burning and destroying homes.

Kassah, however, said no death was recorded in the attack, following the timely intervention of security operatives.
While speaking on the Christmas Day attack, the committee chairman said the number of casualties still stands at 195.
Of the number, he said 148 were killed in Bokkos Local Government Area, 19 in Mangu Local Government Area, and 27 in Barkin Ladi.
1,290 houses were burnt down in Bokkos council, one house was razed in Mangu LGA, while that of Barkin Ladi was yet to be ascertained.
Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, condemned the killing, describing it as “barbaric, brutal, and unjustified”.
“The government will take proactive measures to curb ongoing attacks against innocent civilians,” the governor said.
Vice President Kashim Shettima had since visited the affected communities in Plateau State.
