Alleged defilement: Court admits Lagos doctor to N50m bail

The Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State has remanded the medical doctor of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Dr Olufemi Olaleye, for allegedly defiling his wife’s niece.

The court, on Wednesday, remanded the 57-year-old doctor after he took his plea on a two-count charge bordering on the defilement of a child and sexual assault by penetration preferred against him by the Lagos State Government.
