BAT Vanguard: We’ll deliver 20m votes for Tinubu in 2023

Bola Ahmed Tinubu Vanguard has declared its readiness to deliver more than 20 million votes for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, in the 2023 presidential election.

The Convener of BAT Vanguard, Sola Olofin, said this in Abuja on Thursday while speaking to journalists on the plans of the group ahead of the 2023 general election.

Olofin said Tinubu is passionate and determined to lead Nigeria into an era of prosperity and economic growth, describing the APC presidential candidate as “a bridge builder across the country, who is not influenced by tribal and religious sentiments.”

“The BAT Vanguard believes with its database of members across the states, 774 local governments, and wards, the 2023 election will be a workover for the APC,” he said.

He stated that the BAT Vanguard was mending fences among some aggrieved members following the outcome of the presidential primaries, adding that the group was on aggressive membership drives to get new members from other parties.
