President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointments of Tijjani Yahaya Kaura as the Managing Director of Oil and Gas Free Zones Authority, and Augustine Chukwu Umahi as the Secretary of Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission.
Kaura was appointed on July 18, 2022, for three years, while Umahi was appointed on July 6 for four years in office.
The appointments were made known via a statement issued on Wednesday by the Director of Information, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Willie Bassey.
Bassey added that President Buhari also approved the renewal of the appointment of Captain Junaid Abdullahi as the Executive Secretary, Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA), for a final term of four years with effect from September 22, 2022.
“The President congratulates all the appointees and urged them to bring their wealth of experience to bear on their appointments,” he added.
