Popular Nigerian comedian, Bovi Ugboma, has revealed that he has been banned from entering the United States.
Bovi made the disclosure while replying to questions from fans after he hosted a Question and Answer segment on his Instagram story on Tuesday.
The popular comedian, when asked to perform in Massachusetts, United States, revealed that he has been banned from the country after he clashed with a visa-issuing officer and got labelled.
“I’m banned in the USA,” he replied.

When asked if he intended to leave the country, the father of three said: “I am a citizen of the world. Except for Yankee where I’m banned.”
Bovi, who further revealed the reason for the ban, stated:“ Ill luck. Met a charity-like visa-issuing officer. Egos clashed. I was labelled.”
“I go dey carry shoulder,” he added.
The comic star had revealed in February 2022 that he was almost accused of stealing at a hotel in London, United Kingdom.
When asked by fans why he and AY don’t perform at each other’s show, Bovi made reference to American comedians, saying: “Have you ever seen Chris Rock at a Henry Hart show?”
