A drunk police officer, Inspector Stephen Yohanna, attached to the Kwara State Police Command has been arrested.
Yohanna, in a viral video, peed and excreted in his uniform.
Yohana is serving in Share Division, Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
In the video, the drunk policeman was being held by two of his colleagues in their uniforms.
One of the policemen holding drunk Yohanna was heard asking his superior: “Oga, should we go and drop him.”
The senior officer retorted: “No, he (Yohanna) is still on duty.
“Leave him, let him stand. See how a Nigeria police inspector shit for body (sic),” the officer was heard saying in the video.
Meanwhile, the Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Paul Odama, has ordered the arrest Inspector Yohana, who was in a drunken situation in the viral video.
The Kwara State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Okasanmi Ajayi, in a statement issued on Sunday, April 30, noted that the drunken Inspector in the viral video has been identified to be Yohana.
Ajayi said: “The Kwara State Police Command is miffed with the highly repulsive video of a police Inspector by the name of Stephen Yohana presently making the rounds on various social media platforms.

“After viewing the video, the Commissioner of Police, Paul Odama, swiftly directed that the policeman be identified and arrested.
“The command wishes to state that the police Inspector, who is attached to Share Division in Irepodun LGA of Kwara State, has been identified and discovered to be currently undergoing medical examination in the police clinic, to ascertain the state of his mental health.
“It was observed that his case is more medical than alcoholic.
“The result of his medical examination will determine the next action to be taken against him.
“Consequently, the Commissioner of Police has directed that the inspector be put under close observation by his immediate supervisor, the Divisional Police Officer of Share Division pending the conclusion of his treatment,” the police spokesperson stated.
