Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has been defeated by the Labour Party (LP) candidate, Mr. Ngozi Okolie, in Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency of Delta.
