Fight: Larrit fires back at Mercy Aigbe

Businesswoman and Lagos socialite, Omolara Olukotun, well known as Larrit, has said she engaged in a fracas with Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, over the latter’s marriage to movie producer, Kazim Adeoti.

A drama had ensued at an event on Sunday when Aigbe and Larrit engaged in a physical fight.

Larrit was seen in a viral video hauling a bottle at the famous Yoruba actress who screamed helplessly.

Aigbe, on Monday night, took to her Instagram story and alleged that she has been bullied several times online by Larrit, adding that the businesswoman called her unprintable names unprovoked.

The actress added that she took it a step further by physically assaulting her while they were at a friend’s store opening to celebrate with her.

However, Larrit, in an Instagram post on Tuesday, said she engaged in a brawl with Aigbe after the actress dared Adeoti’s first wife with whom he shared four kids.

The businesswoman added that Aigbe has been acting like a victim to the public and showing her “devilish part behind close door”.

She wrote: “When u have nothing to cover up for, there will be no reason to run around to give explanation, or frame up lies to cover up, to seek public pity

“The only thing that will provoke and trigger me is if you Mercy Aigbe lie on me to do damage control and run your mouth anyhow on your useless interview oh…

“Am trying my best to ignore not to come and start narrating how 2 adults fought both actively committed d same aggressive behaviour and both were wrong but one was caught on camera, and d other didn’t and then you got the real me before they took u out… I took my critics, learnt on my mistake, and stand to be corrected by public people too oh…

“Do your useless ejoor ofo interview in peace with no lies to cover up oh, the disgusting part of your life Mercy Aigbe is this useless 2face abosi life, always acting like a victim to the public and showing your devilish part behind close door.

“Anyone can buy your drama, that not my business but don’t play with me oh… You know this your… interview is what brought your marriage drama to the public that made individuals give different opinion, and for the record and clarification you marrying someone’s husband is not my problem nor my headache.

“Your audacity to disrespect, show off and display different indirect signal, men might not understand women ‘ete & abosi, in disguise , but all women know and we know ourselves in ‘pepper dem game’.

“You kept on daring the other woman on what can she do and calling yourself ‘Aya d owner’ the husband that belong to another woman that has 4 kids for the same man you married is what I  stood against and if that is my crime to have offended some people, I say it here publicly am not sorry.

“And also for the record because many people always refer to K1 marriage that I took side, I was not aware that both women had a brief relationship until after the wedding and I reached out to Titi and more things were cleared to me, and I gave my apology… I am not a supporter of a broken home and marriage.

“So please public opinion is allowed, but people should verify on issues before giving your opinion, everything u see on social media is not always exactly the way it is, don’t forget that… May u all have a blessed day, case close,” Larrit stated.
