Confirming the incident on Sunday, the Jigawa State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Lawal Jiisu, said the man, a cyclist, was hit by a 25-year-old horse rider, Muhammed Mustapha, after he lost control of the horse on Saturday, June 10, 2023.
