Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Saturday, presented a new Lexus jeep to the former governor of the state, Dr. Victor Omololu Olunloyo.
Makinde presented the new car to the ex-governor at his Molete residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The incumbent governor, who was accompanied by a number of government officials, also held a closed door meeting with Olunloyo, who was the governor of Oyo State between October 1 to December 31, 1983.

Pointing to new car, Governor Makinde said: “Your Excellency, let me present you this gift.”
In his remark, Olunloyo praised Makinde for what he called “his good works”, praying that the governor will continue to record successes.
“You have done well by giving befitting burial to the departed monarch including the Soun of Ogbomoso and the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
“I thank you for all the projects you are doing, you are doing very well,” Olunloyo said.
