After 3 years, Queen Silekunola quits as Ooni of Ife’s wife

A video post on the Facebook page of the monarch’s spokesperson, Moses Olafare, at about 10:30p.m. on Tuesday, showed that traditional chiefs, family members and associates of the king were in attendance when the new wife came into the palace.

Mariam’s relations also came from Ebiraland in Kogi State and Ilorin in Kwara State for the ceremony.
