The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara, as the chairman of the party’s Board of Trustees (BoT).
This followed the resignation of Senator Walid Jibrin as the PDP BoT chairman.
Jibrin announced his resignation at the ongoing Trustees’ meeting in Abuja on Thursday, saying he resigned in order to resolve some of the knotty issues confronting the opposition party, especially the leadership crisis ahead of the 2023 general election.
