Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, was seen on Thursday buying roasted corn from a local vendor and interacting with the residents in Ibadan, the state capital.
Makinde, who was recently re-elected for a second term in office, was described as “always home to his people and a grassroots personality”.
The governor was seen wearing blue jeans and a round-neck shirt with one of his associates.

Some of the residents said his re-election as governor of the state was unanimous and in accordance with the innate desire of the people of Oyo State.
