Adam Namadi, son of former Vice-President Namadi Sambo, has reportedly asked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates in Kaduna State to refund the N2 million each given to them after he failed to secure the party’s House of Representatives ticket to represent Kaduna North Federal Constituency at the green chamber.
Sambo deputised former President Goodluck Jonathan as Vice-President between 2010 and 2015.
Namadi, it was gathered, polled 02 votes at the primaries in Kaduna North Federal Constituency of the House of Reps held on Monday.
The son of the former Vice-President, who had promised to add N1.5 million to the N2 million given to each of the delegates, secured the least votes among the three contenders.

He was defeated by the incumbent representative of the Kaduna North Federal Constituency, Samaila Suleiman, who garnered 22 votes.
The third aspirant, Shehu Usman ABG, came second with 14 votes.
It was learnt that the three aspirants distributed a huge sum of money to the PDP delegates as Suleiman distributed between N3.5m and N4m to each delegate, while ABG gave out N2.5m in cash and Namadi distributed N2m to the delegates.
Both ABG and Namadi have, however, asked the delegates to refund the money given to them after they failed to clinch the House of Reps ticket.
