The Ondo State Police Command has confirmed a shooting incident in Owo, the headquarters of Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The command disclosed that the shooting occurred at Craneburg Construction Company in the town.
It made the disclosure via a tweet on its Twitter handle on Wednesday night.
“Tonight, there was a shooting incident at Crabeburg Construction Company Owo, policemen are currently at the scene, victims have been taken to hospital and they are in stable condition,” the command tweeted.

The Amotekun Corps in Ondo State later said its operatives have arrested the suspected assailants.
The Star recalls that the Federal Government had earlier revealed that the Islamic State West African Province (ISWAP) terrorists masterminded the attack.
However, the governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, debunked the Federal Government’s claim.
Ekiti State Governor and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), Kayode Fayemi, also described the claims linking ISWAP to the church attack as mere speculation.
Fayemi stressed that no evidence confirmed that the terrorists were responsible for the attack, adding that the position of the Federal Government was only speculative.
