Popular Nigerian gospel singer Mercy Chinwo has been engaged to a pastor at the Waterbrook Church and The Upperroom in Lagos State, Blessed Uzochikwa.
Chinwo announced her engagement to the Lagos-based pastor via her Instagram page on Thursday.
The famous gospel singer has over the years been ministering at the Waterbrook Church, alongside other gospel ministers.

“I am blessed to be blessed with @theofficialblessed. The thoughts of doing the next phase and the rest phase of my life with you make the blessing more real. I love you, Sweet,” Chinwo wrote on Instagram.
Also announcing the engagement on his Instagram page, Pastor Uzochikwa, who shared their pre-wedding pictures, wrote: “I’m THE MAI’mHE LORD SHOWED MERCY! @mercychinwo, thanks for saying YES! I LOVE YOU DEARLY!
