Wolves climbed out of the relegation zone in style with a sensational 3-0 win over Liverpool at Molineux Stadium on Saturday.
Joel Matip’s own goal followed by Craig Dawson’s debut strike put Liverpool up against the defeat in the first half.
Though the visitors pushed hard in the second half, it was Wolves captain, Ruben Neves, who sealed the victory for Julen Lopetegui’s side.
The three points lifted Wolves up three places to 15th in the Premier League table.
However, the latest defeat is a fourth game without a Premier League win for Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are languishing in 10th place, 10 points adrift of the top four amid their worst season of Klopp’s seven-year reign.
It is the first time since 2012 that Liverpool have lost three successive away league games, while they have already conceded more league goals this season than they did in the entirety of last term.
Speaking after the match, Klopp said: “Obviously it was a horrible start. Two goals which cannot happen like that. We were 2-0 down because of our own fault.
“We were passive in that period. I cannot explain it. There is no excuse for it.
“I’m so disappointed and angry about the first 15 minutes. We better change it. That’s true, 100 per cent. I have no words for it really, I’m sorry.”
