Tinubu departs Lagos for Ramaphosa’s inauguration in South Africa

President Bola Tinubu will, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, depart Lagos for Pretoria, South Africa, to attend the inauguration of President Cyril Ramaphosa.

The inauguration of Ramaphosa follows his re-election as the president for a second term.

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, in a statement on Monday, June 17, said Tinubu will return to Nigeria after the ceremony.
