Tinubu meets Benin, Niger, Guinea-Bissau’s presidents at Aso Rock

President Bola Tinubu has met with President Patrice Talon of Benin, Mohamed Bazoum of Niger, and Umaro Embalo of Guinea-Bissau at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Tinubu met with the presidents behind closed doors at the State House on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

The Nigerian leader returned to Abuja on Monday, July 17, after participating in the 5th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union (AU) in Nairobi, Kenya

President Tinubu, at the AU meeting, called on African leaders to respect democracy, rule of law, and ensure political stability.
