The two videos were produced through two subpoenas dated May 30 and June 6 which were served on Channels TV.

The first video was interviews with the chairman of INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, on the preparation for the election, while the second video was that of the National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee of INEC, Festus Okoye.

They further tendered form EC40OG(1) from one LGA of Benue State and a copy of INEC certified true copy of the form in respect of the state.
