Nollywood veteran actor, Olu Jacobs, on Saturday, November 13, stepped out with his wife, Joke Silva and son to attend Afriff Global award holding in Lagos State.
The public appearance of the 79-year-old whose rumoured death spread like wildfire last month, has finally put paid to insinuation that he was bedridden or has passed away.
His wife, Joke Silva, who posted the public appearance on her Instagram page, had earlier debunked reports that her husband passed after a brief illness.
Dismissing the rumour which went viral on social media on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, that her husband is dead, she said, “Olu Jacobs is right now about to have Eba and Ogbonna soup.”
To drive home her points, Joke Silva took to her official Instagram page to warn rumour mongers to desist from such callous act or face legal action.
