Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has announced a tour with fellow musician, David Adeleke, fondly called Davido.
Wizkid said he would embark on a tour with Davido after the tour for his fifth album, ‘More Love, Less Ego‘.
He made the announcement via a post on his Instagram page on Wednesday.
“After my MLLE tour!! Davido and I going on tour! Save your coins! I no wan hear pim!!” the famous singer wrote in Pidgin language.
The tour would be the first the two famous Nigerian Afrobeat singers would have together.

Many have considered the two musicians to be rivals in the entertainment industry, the claims denied by the popular singers.
Wizkid, in November 2022, announced tour for his fifth album.
The tour is expected to begin on March 3, 2023, in Houston, Texas, and end in Los Angeles, California on April 7, 2023.
Wizkid released his ‘MLLE’ album on November 11, 2022.
The 13-track album have musicians including Skepta, Ayra Starr, and Naira Marley, among others.
Meanwhile, Davido was last seen in public during his performance at the closing ceremony of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The DMW boss had remained in solitude on social media after the death of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, in October 2022.
He, however, shared pictures of himself, his lover, Chioma Rowland, and members of his crew ahead of his performance at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup on December 18, 2022, on his social media accounts.
